Pregnancy Update
I hate that I am starting this so late. I made it through the first trimester, and I am glad that is over. The first 3 months had their ups and downs. They say that each pregnancy is different, and that is the truth. From the moment I thought I was pregnant, it has been totally different. For the first 5 weeks I didn't have any morning sickness, and it was strange to know I was pregnant, and feel fine. With Derek I was sick EVERY DAY. At about 6 weeks I began to feel sick, some days were rough, and other days were manageable. This go round, I have been more tired than anything. Then you add packing and moving on top of that, and I was asleep by 8:00 many nights. Into the second trimester and things are looking up! I am still tired but I am not sure that is the 3 year old having a play in that. I don't have the burst of energy you usually get at around 16 weeks, but I am not sick, so I will take it. We were able to do a DNA testing at 12 weeks to make sure the baby is growin
