Dylan, you are such a joy and such a little toot.  You are always on the move and does not like to be contained.   Even trying to get a sweet picture of you and your brother can be a challenge. You are determined to be the boss.  You love to do whatever your bother is doing, and sharing is not your strong suit. You like to get into things you are not supposed to, aka- brothers legos.  You must have a snack every day when we come home, and it is rare that I am able to get you still for a few minutes.  You have become a picky eater, and there are days when I will feed you peanut butter, just for peace of mind you have something on your stomach.  You are putting small sentences together and love to talk.  You like to be helpful and put things in their place.   Your favorite thing to do is throw things in the "trash" aka- the sink.  When you want "up" on the couch, you say "down", and "shal" (Marshall) is your favorite

August Recap

What a fun/ busy month this has been.  We went to Ethan's Birthday party at I Jump.  Had Pizza with grandpa.  Played hard at Kids Station the weekend before school. Dylan laid in a tunnel at Kids Station.  Derek got ready for his first day of Kindergarten.  Received love from the baby brother on the first day of school.  We enjoyed Mommy/ Derek time and celebrated the first week of school with a bubble tea.  Dylan found his love/ fascination with hats.  Derek created his own costume.  We finished out the month, crawling to the finish line, but we made it.

Dylan this month has flown by, and as always you are a great baby.  You love your sleep, and love to stick to your schedule. You don't look too much like me, but you are my child.  You love to have fun and to be chased. You love playing with your big brother.  If we let you live outside, you would.  You have your own funny personality, and you are very sweet.  For your young age, you are very systematic, meaning everything has a place, and it is your missions to put all things in their place. You will put your sippy cup in the sink when you are done, books on the shelf, and things in the trash. I am impressed by your knowledge at such a young age. You have a large vocabulary, and your favorites right now are Paw Patrol and PJ Masks. You love to pick out the turtle in your "first words" book and are perfectly fine playing in your room or reading a book, by yourself.  On the other hand, you love to hang out in your big brother
