Our Tent
So one day as I was scrolling through Pintrest, I saw this tent that you could buy, kinda like this one: I thought that was a cool idea, and moved on. Well I found myself thinking about that tent and how I could make one for Derek, and told myself I would try it this weekend. Well we got busy and I got tired and on Sunday night when I was all out of playtime activities, I came back to the tent idea. Knowing that we had some tension roofs left over from the old house and curtains, this tent was born: As I was getting ready to set it up, Derek asked me what I was making him, and I told him it was a surprise, and he says "are you making me a tent?" I was blown away that he guessed it! I had not even started to put it together. I told him I was indeed making a tent, and here is our tent. Derek loves his tent, and he asked if he could sleep, play and eat strawberries in his tent. Since it was a Sunday night, I had to say no to sleeping In it, but I was so glad I could say yes to
