The Rays of Sunshine

It's Official,We are Homeowners! We are moved in, and getting settled into our new house and we are loving it. Welcome to our house! Our Front Yard. Our plan is to update and replant new plants this fall, and I can't wait. I want color!!! Here is our entrance, nothing to fancy, but I like it. I need a rug for this area, but I am still on the lookout for the perfect one. One of our favorite parts of the house is the Kitchen, since that is where we spend most of our time.   If we are not in the kitchen we are in the living room, and the fireplace it my FAVORITE. I can't wait to sit by the fire and read a few books this winter, all while cuddling a sweet little baby. We will eventually update the furniture, but for right now, I am loving how it is coming together. Also a part of the living room is this built in bookshelf, and I love it. Here is the dinning room. WOW  what a weekend it was. I had a great time celebrating my birthday with my family. We started off the weekend with plans for my papaw to visit to see our new house, with my mom, and she was going to take Derek for the weekend so Ricky and I could have dinner and a movie. On Saturday morning, we get up, have breakfast and begin to clean the house. We wanted it to look nice when my papaw came for a visit, so we spent all morning cleaning, mopping, and doing laundry. At about 11:30 we decided it was time to head out and get  some lunch, so knowing that we would be gone for a short time, I take a quick shower, throw my hair up, and head out the door. As we are eating lunch we get this picture, no text included: So I get excited, assuming that my bother and sister-in-law bought a house. So we text them, did you buy a house? We also receive this picture:  Then we receive a phone call stating that that picture is taken in front of our house! SURPRISE!!! That's right
